Our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon shows both concentration of fruit and elegance that make it and excellent that makes it an excellent companion to food. The tannins are soft and provide a firm structure on which we layered black cherry fruit and vanilla oak spice. When given the chance we like to serve this wine with a dry aged barbequed filet. Otherwise it is a suitable companion to roasts and other grilled meats. This Cabernet Sauvignon, hearty with rich flavors of cherry and a full finish, pairs well with bountiful meats and cheeses so prevalent in Sonoma County.

2005 Parkers Estate Sauvignon Blanc
