After being picked in nearby orchards, each Lemon is hand cut; the inside of the fruit is scooped out and upcycled while the shell is filled with our award winning sorbet.Our Pomegranate Lemon sorbet is made with the highest quality Non-GMO ingredients and contains no added preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Each sorbet contains a touch of rBST-free cream for a smooth and decadent finish. We are driven by a commitment to our communities and our planet. We make use of all parts of the fruit in our products. Each Lemon shell is compostable, reducing the need for unnecessary packaging and waste.
