Beringer The Waymaker Red Blend
A full-bodied blend of dark-skinned varieties from Paso Robles. Packed with black and blue fruit character with a hint of floral and dusty notes. Juicy and structured with a mouthwatering finish.
Hand selected from our vineyard estates. Beringer estate selection. In 1876, the Beringer brothers established themselves as pioneers by being among the first to craft wines from California's first appellations. Continuing this tradition of discovery, The Waymaker explores another emerging California appellation-Paso Robles. Highlighting the varietals which excels in Paso Robles, the Waymaker is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Mourvedre, and Tannat. This bold and expressive wine serves as a nod to Beringer's visionary founders. 14.2% Alc/Vol. Vinted and bottled by Beringer Vineyards, Sonoma, CA.
Intense and round. Dark plum, violet, and coffee notes come together in this balanced, satisfying red blend.
Pair with grilled lambchops, or a carne asada.
