Rose hips are the fruit of the rose bush, which appear after the flowers have withered; all roses produce them. They are small, hard red berries with many seeds and wonderful, tart flavor.
Lemongrass is a herb grass with a strong citrus flavor and aroma. It became a popular addition to herb tea blends in the 1970s, a use that continues today.
Rose Hips and Lemongrass combine to complement each other for a wonderful fruity tea with a fine lemon essence.
