Harina P.A.N. is part of the Venezuelan staple diet. It is used in a multitude of Venezuelan dishes. The P.A.N. cornmeal is mixed with water to form a dough, and this dough is known as “masa de arepa” or “masarepa” locally in Venezuela. Dishes such as the arepas, hallacas, and empanadas are made using this dough.
