Murray's® Cave Aged Gruyere
While traditional Gruyere may age anywhere from six months to three years, Murray’s carefully selects special wheels that we finish in our own Cheese Caves for a twelve-month maturation. Then, Gruyere’s aromas of caramelized apples and notes of hazelnuts and brown butter come together in one smooth, supply cheese. Gruyere is an easy pairing partner- try it alongside a light red, rich white, or a handfull of walnuts and smoky speck.
