Spice Islands Crystallized Ginger Jar
Spice Islands selects only young, premium-quality ginger roots grown in Australia for optimum taste. We then slice and preserve them in a sugar syrup. Stir minced Crystallized Ginger into rice pilaf or fried rice. Sprinkle over cooked squash, yams, or sweet potatoes. Mix chopped Crystallized Ginger into applesauce or stuffing for baked apples. Top pumpkin or fresh fruit pies with a sprinkling of minced Crystallized Ginger. Delicious in muffins, scones, and ginger cookies.
