Easy Vegan Nacho Cheeze Sauce

Rich, creamy and incredibly delicious, this recipe is a snack lover’s dream! Whether it’s nacho night or you want to add a little something extra your veggies or baked potato, this vegan cheeze sauce is the perfect cheezy topping!

Ingredients:
¼ cup Almond Protein Powder (25 g)
¼ cup Nutritional Yeast (15 g)
½ tsp Kosher Salt
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Cumin
Pinch of Dry Mustard Powder
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
¼-½ cup Water
Fajita Seasoning, optional garnish

Instructions

Step 1. In a small bowl, whisk the almond protein powder, nutritional yeast, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, dry mustard, paprika and black pepper together.

Step 2. Add lime juice and ¼ cup of water. Whisk well. If needed, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired creamy texture.

Step 3. Heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute in the microwave if you wish to serve warm.
