PREP TIME TBD | Serves 18

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1 package (10 oz., about 40) marshmallows OR 4 c. miniature marshmallows

6 c. Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal

18 wooden ice cream sticks

1 ½ c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels OR 1 ½c. white chocolate morsels

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Multi-colored sprinkles (optional)

Directions:

In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted; remove from heat. Add Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal and stir until well coated.

Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray; cool. Cut into eighteen 3 x 2-inch bars. Push one wooden stick into the bottom of each bar.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate morsels and oil. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Dip bars into chocolate and decorate to your liking. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheet; refrigerate until chocolate is set. Best it served in the same day.

1 package (10 oz., about 40) marshmallows OR 5 ½ c. miniature marshmallows

32 pieces of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.

16 (12-inch) wooden skewers

Directions:

In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted; remove from heat. Add Kellogg's® Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.

Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray; cool. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Alternately thread cereal squares and fruit onto wooden skewers. Best if served the same day.
