Serrano Chile Tahini Dip

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 2 cups parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • Pita chips, to serve
  • Cherry tomatoes, optional
  • Cucumbers, optional
  • Carrots, optional
  • Bell peppers, optional


  • In food processor, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, serrano chiles, parsley, garlic, tahini, olive oil and salt. Process until smooth.
  • Serve with pita chips and vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers
