Serrano Chile Tahini Dip

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 serrano chiles
- 2 cups parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Pita chips, to serve
- Cherry tomatoes, optional
- Cucumbers, optional
- Carrots, optional
- Bell peppers, optional
Directions
- In food processor, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, serrano chiles, parsley, garlic, tahini, olive oil and salt. Process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips and vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers
